Last year, Natives Global Consulting ran the only GDPR Compliance Confidence Survey specifically for the education sector. The survey was completed by senior marketers from across the education marketing sector, including from HE, FE and specialist institutions and shed a light on how ready we are feeling about compliance ahead of the deadline.
Our headline findings were shared in a webinar (which you can re-watch on demand here) and included:
- 1/3rd of respondents felt they were not prepared
- 1/3rd of respondents felt that they were behind schedule
- ½ of respondents felt that their marketing department wouldn’t be impacted by GDPR
- At the time of the 2017 survey, ½ of respondents hadn’t yet conducted data audits
And now the survey is open once again. We are asking marketers from the education sector to tell us how you are feeling about their own preparations for GDPR implementation.
The survey will seek to uncover the sentiments, levels of preparedness and the chief concerns held by the sector ahead of the new legislation becoming law. The results will be benchmarked against how the sector was feeling in 2017 and against B2B.
Not only will your contribution be presented anonymously as part of a nation-wide report on how ready education marketers are with less than three months to go, but each respondent will receive a personalised report from our in-house qualified GDPR Practitioner with a proposal for any areas that we have identified as requiring your attention.
